POSITION DESCRIPTION This position coordinates all administrative functions, schedules training and classes at the National Responder Preparedness Center (NRPC). Provides NRPC with information and resources necessary to serve students in a safe and efficient manner. Provides administrative support to the NRPC Coordinator and staff at the NRPC. This position gives support to fire departments in the Commonwealth where applicable and the military for training needs, adhering to all functions in KCTCS policies and procedures and local, state, and national guidelines as required. Tracks student information and enrollment maintains records and prepares and submits reports. • Assists the NRPC Coordinator in managing and monitoring the budget, prepares requisitions, check requests, journals and procard documentation, reviews new hire applications for accuracy and inclusion of required documents • Assists in managing the NRPC training centers, mobile training props and fleet, tracks and maintains equipment and property, monitors inventory and revisions to NRPC website. • Prepares and edits correspondence, brochures and other documents, Orders and maintains inventory of office and training supplies. • Maintains and organizes office calendar, assists with managing training center, assists with mobile training props and fleet, and tracking maintenance of equipment and property • Serves as receptionist for the NRPC, greets visitors via face to face and telephone, maintains calendar, proctors IFSAC (International Fire Service Accreditation Congress) written exams, submits documentation to the testing coordinator for grading.

Job Summary The Director of Clinical and Group Services provides clinical services, leadership, consultation and support to Ampersand’s Therapy and Group Services Department as well as the full agency as needed. This is a supervisory position that is responsible for developing and directing a team of professional staff to provide quality clinical and group service care to all clients, while maintaining a commitment to Ampersand’s mission, vision and core values. A successful candidate will display knowledge of the dynamics of trauma and the impact of sexual violence on diverse individuals and communities and also an awareness of modalities that are best practice for treating trauma. This position will report to the Executive Director. Essential Duties • Provide coordination, leadership, oversight and direction for all clinical and group services provided by the agency within its 17-county service area. • Fill vacant positions within the Therapy and Group Services Department with qualified candidates when they occur in coordination with the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Payroll. • Provide and ensure individual therapy services are practiced within an integrated and ethical treatment approach, incorporating alternative therapies into an empirically-based treatment framework. • Provide individual and group clinical supervision as well as mentorship to the Therapists and Group Services Coordinator including review of assessments, treatment plans, and intervention strategies. • Identify and encourage professional development training opportunities that support the efforts of the clinical and group programs in trauma informed and client-centered best practices. • Provide regular assessment and evaluation of clinical and group program services and department staff. • Participate in Ampersand’s 24-hour on-call rotation. • Maintain and facilitate the therapy waiting list effectively and manage client intake forms. • Lead Ampersand’s Vicarious Trauma Task Force and participate in all relevant internal and statewide meetings. • Complete all required documentation in a timely fashion and effectively lead department in the same manner. Maintain and track departmental grant requirements and deliverables. Develop and maintain a departmental budget. • Ensure compliance of with all federal, state, local laws, statutes, and regulations as well as corresponding professional ethics. • Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual respect among staff and volunteers. • Work with excellence with diverse populations and maintain effective working relationships with diverse community partners. Additionally, the ability to work with and utilize interpretation services when needed. • Provide individual therapy and co-facilitate psycho-educational groups. Carry a manageable client caseload, conduct assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, and group/individual therapy as needed. • Assist with training volunteers to provide crisis intervention counseling and advocacy services to survivors of sexual violence when needed. • Provide court testimony when necessary, including expert witness testimony. • Accomplish other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Experience Required:
Qualifications • Master’s degree in social work or a closely related field. • Five years of related clinical experience. • Licensed Clinical Social Work (hereinafter “LCSW”) OR corresponding license for independent practice in the state of Kentucky (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Psychological Practitioner, or Licensed Psychologist). License must be maintained during employment and continuing compliance with requisite licensure requirements are expected. • Minimum of three years of clinical experience post-LCSW (OR corresponding license). • Proven expert knowledge, training, and experience in evidence-based and alternative treatment models for survivors of sexual trauma. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Required successful completion of a 40-hour training provided by Ampersand and twelve hours of continuing education per year. • Compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. • Ability to pass a background and reference check. • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation with an appropriate level of vehicle insurance. • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience. • Willingness to take an intersectional, anti-oppression approach to your work and have a basic understanding of privilege. • Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Office products, standard office technology, and capable of providing telehealth when appropriate.

POSITION DESCRIPTION The Financial Module Administrative Coordinator position serves as the first line of end user support and triaging issues for the PeopleSoft Financials modules which includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Billing, General Ledger, KCTCS Budgeting, Lease Administration, Purchasing, Supplier Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, and Travel and Expense. Duties: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Provides functional support to all end users of the PeopleSoft Financials modules that have been implemented by KCTCS. Responsible for the security configuration and maintenance that supports the existing PeopleSoft Financials functionality and any new functionality that is implemented. Performs testing, then analyzes the results, and performs more testing to ensure functionality works as desired and to help resolve any functional issues. In part, the testing helps ensure a sound working knowledge of the modules and their associated processes and functionality to provide solutions to any issues that arise. Responsible for creating and maintaining configuration and functional documentation. Also provides training for end users for any new or existing functionality in the PeopleSoft Financials modules. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or per management’s direction.
Experience Required:
