Job Description:Downloading Statements to E Binder Folders (Bank, Credit Card & Loan) Email, Phone Calls when Bookkeeper is Out, Out of Office Responder, Date Stamp & Organize Mail, Bookkeeper Supplies, Statements to call for Invoices, Prepare Checks for Depositing @ Banks, Entering Data into Excel Spreadsheets, Collection calls, Organization of Paperwork, Filing of Paperwork, Matching Checks to Bills, Matching Invoices to Packing Slips, Inventory Prepping, Send E-Mail Reminders, Update Distribution Lists, Electronic E-check Deposit (Scanning)Anything in Word, Excel, Internet (any other outside software other then Accounting Software and Accounting History a Plus. Maintaining cleanliness of office, scheduling vendors for building repairs, ordering supplies. Greeting clients and maintaining positive image and great hostess skills with all guests. We are an up to date computerized company that scans all documents into the computer. Being able to use multiple monitors is a plus.
Experience Required:Testing, Background check, and drug screening Mandatory prior to employment.
Required experience:•Bookkeeper Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist: 2 years
Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience a plus and will help advance you quickly. Experience with Accounts receivable and payables a plus.
