Labors of Love & Leadership is our corporate program within the Healthy Loving Leads to Healthy Minds© Program PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED Fee: $75 includes lunch A leadership program for human resource and corporate leadership from the CEO to the front-line supervisors and aspiring leaders. - Psychosocial Developmental Theory - Leadership Behaviors towards children that detour healthy development in adulthood - The neurobiology behind the stress response and tools to help your leadership • Identify the team members who have difficulty engaging in authentic communication and collaboration and take a proactive instead of reactive approach • Mentoring and coaching methods to help individuals with engagement difficulties • Learn assessment skills to choose specific personalized leadership to promote healthy relationships • Understand your own stress response to make your leadership more effective • Understand the neurobiology of the stress response so that you can grow your team for effective succession planning This program has been approved by HRCI for 2.5 hours of credit for HR Professionals.
