During the next Commerce Lexington Inc. @330 Series event presented by Manpower of Central Kentucky on Tuesday, March 10, from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. at Commerce Lexington’s first floor conference room, Toyota’s Rick Hesterberg will discuss how the automotive industry and specifically Toyota have responded to the challenging economy. Regardless of what industry you represent or the size of your company, every business is vulnerable and needs to be prepared for the tough times.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: A a 1980 graduate of Morehead State University, Rick Hesterberg is manager of external affairs/community relations for Toyota Motor Manufacturing & Engineering North America, based in Georgetown. He joined Toyota in 1994. Hesterberg’s responsibilities include community and media relations, executive support, speechwriting and the TMMK Visitor Center and Tour Program. Hesterberg currently serves as a board member for the YMCA of Central Kentucky (Metropolitan Board), the Georgetown/Scott County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of TMMK’s Executive Diversity Leadership Council.
